F.B.I. PROGRAMS

The following is a list of programs offered through the F.B.I. program.

AIDS 101

A special 3-hour course on the basic information about HIV/AIDS and other STDs. The class also covers life skills information and a behavior change model. The class is offered on the first Monday of each month and is FREE to the general public. For more information,please visit:

A Night Of Education

We offer a two-three hour HIV seminar that is based with scripture and shared experiences. Participants engaged in activities that allow them to focus on their church community and their home. By the end of the program, each person has come to the realization that everyone plays a part in the prevention of HIV within our community. A Night of Education is great for all age groups and genders.

Special Appearances

Certified by the Kellogg Foundation and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society to teach a leadership course, our speaker has been invited by numerous churches to inspire its youth on the following topics: Time Management, Goal Setting, Team Building, Leadership Style, Choosing a Career and much more.

Special Events

Home Health Parties

BRASS will come to your home to share information about HIV/AIDS and other STDs with you and a small group of family/friends. The presentation is relaxed and is accompanied with an adequate amount of food that is selected by the host. For more information, please vist:Home Health Parties

Peer Training (B.A.R.T.)

Certified by the Department of Education and the Office of Public Health, the F.B.I. offers a special training, Becoming a Responsible Teen. This is a Center for Disease Control Program that is targeted to youth and the prevention of HIV/AIDS, STDs, and Teen Pregnancy. This program is great for ages 10-21. It can be taught within the time frame of four hours or over the period of 16 hours for the entire curriculum.
